The 'By Referral' website is essentially a replica of the AndrewsByReferral site, including content, videos, and hidden pages (i.e. New Seller, New Buyer); the exception to this, of course, is that your site will be personalized to you.
Your site personalization includes:
- Building & customizing your website
- Inputting your testimonials, photos, and editing content to fir your needs.
- 3 videos (2 helper/ voice over and 1 listing video presentation example)
- Once your helper videos are created, you will own said videos and will be provided copies to download and use/ share in any format you choose.
- Registering a new, or transferring over a pre-existing, domain name for your site.
- Your domain name is registered with you and will remain with you regardless of your affiliation with Willamette Realty Group or use of the 'ByReferral' site (which is the AndrewsByReferral website, customized to you).
- The 'ByReferral' website content remains the property of Willamette Realty Group:
- You will be invoiced annually to renew their right to utilize your customized 'ByReferral' site. This annual fee covers the cost to re-register your domain for the year as well as maintain the professional features of your website, as subscribed to through our web-hosting service.
- Upon publishing your 'By Referral' site, you will be made an editor of your site, so you may go in and further customize or add to your site throughout the year.
- You may choose not to renew your right to use your customized 'ByReferral' site, in which case you may take your domain but will no longer have access to the customized 'ByReferral' site.
